Step 1: Position

Select the position, contract type and other information that the role will encompass

Step 2: Person

Select who you will offer the role to. An applicant, existing employee or someone else.

Step 3: Remuneration

Input what you will pay them plus any other financial aspects such as commission and incentives.

Step 4: Benefits

Add any mobile devices, vehicles, parking and any other benefits you are providing

Step 5: Send

The wizard is now complete. A Digital offer pack is compiled and is ready for signing, This includes an Offer Letter, Contract, Schedule and Position Description.

Step 6: Sign online

Once signed by the approving manager, the candidate will get an email asking them to sign also.
