Employee Tasks

With Workforcery's Task Management features, employees can easily store and manage a comprehensive list of tasks within their profile. These tasks serve various purposes such as onboarding, offboarding, and other ad-hoc requirements. Tasks that can be assigned, include

  • Sign Tasks - Signing a key policy or document
  • Watch - An online video
  • To Do - Mark a task as done

  • Key Details
  • Legal right to work
  • Address
  • Contact information
  • Referees
  • Emergency contact information
  • Exit information (If the employee has is no longer active)

Position, Pay and Benefits

In this section the following information is stored:

  • Current Position - Reporting lines, start date etc
  • Hours and Days - To be worked
  • Place of work and travel requirements
  • Remuneration - Pay, Bonusses and Special rates

  • Tax information
  • Leave allowance

Training and Qualifications

Training, Certifications and Qualifications

For both unregulated and regulated organisations, storing the following is often a necessity.

Employee Notes

Managers can store notes against the employee for any reasons. These could be (but not restricted to) the following reasons

Employee Documents

In more straightforward terms, this section transforms into a digital repository and a secure platform for uploading and safeguarding all employee-related documents.

Company Document Library

Manage a centralised list of Documents and Policies. These can be used for reference purposes and/or sent to and signed by employees. Templates can be created and configured to suit the needs of the business.
